great stay but minor cleanliness issue

The breakfast options exceeded my expectations, especially with fresh muffins made daily. The staff member in charge of breakfast provided outstanding service, ensuring everything was well-stocked and inviting.

The one-bedroom suite with two queen beds was spotless and exceptionally comfortable, making our one night stay enjoyable. we stayed at homewood suites for three nights, and it was a delightful experience. the location is great, really close to cleveland, which was perfect for our family since we had been driving for a while. the breakfast was outstanding, especially the gentleman chef who made our mornings so enjoyable. kudos to the friendly housekeeping staff member who greeted us every day!

The King Studio was spacious enough for my family and son’s family, with a full kitchen that made meals easy. We enjoyed catching a baseball game at Canal Park, which was just a short drive away. The breakfast area was large and had delicious options.

My kids wished for more pillows for the sofa bed.

The hotel was spacious and had a nice décor, which we appreciated. However, the uncomfortable bed made for restless nights, and the lack of attention at breakfast left much to be desired. Overall, a mixed experience that could be improved in several areas.

We enjoyed our comfy suite with a nice living area and a sudden surprise of cookies in the lobby! The indoor pool and relaxing jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just wish the breakfast had more options, but overall, a lovely stay! 😊

However, we experienced some issues with cleanliness and a few maintenance problems during our stay, which was a bit disappointing.

Nice hotel with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, indoor pool, and 24-hour reception. I still remember how the staff helped return my shower bag on my first stay. Highly recommended!
